Day by day
  1. Entebbe → Murchison Falls
    Drive 5–6 hrs via Ziwa rhino tracking

    Walk up on white rhino at Ziwa, then on to the Nile.

  2. Northern plains game drive
    Full day, packed lunch

    A long day with the ranger across the Buligi plains — lion prides, giraffe herds, elephant and, on the river, a chance of shoebill.

  3. Nile launch & top of the falls
    Boat to the falls, hike to the brink

    Cruise to the foot of the falls, then climb the trail to stand where the whole Nile is squeezed through the gap.

  4. Murchison → Kibale
    Drive 5–6 hrs

    South to the Fort Portal tea country.

  5. Chimp trek & Bigodi
    Trek 2–4 hrs · afternoon wetland walk

    Chimps in the morning, the Bigodi swamp in the afternoon.

  6. Kibale → Queen Elizabeth
    Drive 2–3 hrs via the crater field

    The explosion-crater viewpoints on the way to the Kazinga plains.

  7. Game drive & Kazinga cruise
    Dawn game drive · afternoon boat

    Kasenyi plains and the Kazinga Channel launch, then down to Ishasha.

  8. Ishasha → Bwindi
    Early game drive, then drive 3–4 hrs

    Tree-climbing lions at first light, then up into the Bwindi highlands for the evening briefing.

  9. Gorilla trek → Kigali / Entebbe
    Trek 3–7 hrs · one hour, then transfer out

    Your trek day, then the Cyanika border to Kigali (4 hrs) or the flight from Kisoro; the Entebbe road is best split with a night.
