Day by day
  1. Entebbe → Murchison Falls
    Drive 5–6 hrs with rhino tracking at Ziwa

    Break the drive north at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to walk up on white rhino, then continue to the Murchison area.

  2. Game drive & Nile launch
    Dawn game drive · afternoon boat to the falls

    Lion, giraffe, elephant and Jackson’s hartebeest on the northern plains; in the afternoon, a boat upriver to the foot of the falls.

  3. Murchison → Kibale
    Drive 5–6 hrs

    South past Hoima to the Fort Portal tea country and Kibale forest.

  4. Chimp trek → Queen Elizabeth
    Trek 2–4 hrs, then drive 2–3 hrs

    Track chimps in the morning, then transfer to the Kazinga plains for the night.

  5. Game drive & Kazinga cruise
    Dawn game drive · afternoon boat

    Kasenyi plains and the Kazinga Channel launch.

  6. Ishasha → Bwindi
    Drive 3–4 hrs

    Ishasha tree-lions, then up into the Bwindi highlands.

  7. Gorilla trek
    Briefing 07:30 · trek 3–7 hrs · one hour

    The trek day with a habituated gorilla family.

  8. Bwindi → Kigali / Entebbe
    Drive 4 hrs to Kigali, or fly from Kisoro

    Out via Kigali, or the light-aircraft hop from Kihihi / Kisoro back to Entebbe.
