Day by day
  1. Entebbe → Kibale
    Drive 5–6 hrs

    West to the Fort Portal tea country and the edge of Kibale forest.

  2. Chimp trek & Bigodi
    Trek 2–4 hrs · afternoon wetland walk

    A habituated chimp community in the morning, the Bigodi swamp for red colobus and turacos in the afternoon.

  3. Kibale → Queen Elizabeth
    Drive 2–3 hrs via the Ndali crater field

    A short transfer with a detour along the explosion-crater viewpoints above the rift.

  4. Game drive & Kazinga cruise
    Dawn game drive · afternoon boat

    Kasenyi plains at first light, then the Kazinga Channel launch past hippo and elephant.

  5. Ishasha → Bwindi
    Drive 3–4 hrs

    Tree-climbing lions in the fig country, then up to Bwindi.

  6. Gorilla trek
    Briefing 07:30 · trek 3–7 hrs · one hour

    Your trek day with a habituated gorilla family.

  7. Bwindi → Kigali / Entebbe
    Drive 4 hrs to Kigali, or fly from Kisoro

    Out via Kigali, or back to Entebbe with a night on the way.
